Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicate fluently with international customers and partners. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, complete product research and document writing tasks.
2. Familiar with DeFi product processes, including wallet operations, transactions, cross-chain, etc., able to conduct product testing and daily inspections to ensure stable product operation.
3. Write product description documents and user tutorials to help users quickly get started and use our products.
As a second-level customer service, assist in handling B-side customer feedback, have basic problem troubleshooting capabilities, and communicate effectively with the R&D department.
4. Responsible for brand promotion and social media account operations, output high-quality content, enhance brand influence and user engagement.
5. Interact with the Web3 community, use various marketing channels to increase brand awareness, create hot spots, and attract high-value users and KOLs
6. Complete other temporary tasks related to operations and actively cooperate with the team.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, English major or related major is preferred.
2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, can communicate with foreign customers without barriers.
3. Have a strong interest in the blockchain and Web3 industry, and understand DeFi products and wallet operations.
4. Have a basic understanding of the public chain ecosystem and actively learn the latest industry information.
5. Have good writing skills and content creation ability, and be able to output high-quality copywriting and tweets.
6. Familiar with the operation of social media platforms, those with relevant work experience are preferred.
7. Good communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with team members and other departments.
8. Be proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to withstand work pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
9. Have the ability to work independently and be able to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
10. Ability to work overtime on short notice; must be able to engage in ad-hoc work outside of normal working hours (i.e. evenings and weekends)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in English or a related field.
Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with foreign clients.
Strong interest in and understanding of the blockchain and Web3 industry, particularly DeFi products and wallet operations.
Basic knowledge of public chain ecosystems and a proactive approach to learning the latest industry developments.
Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality copy and social media posts.
Familiarity with social media platform operations; previous experience is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work overtime on short notice on occasion;
