Job Summary:
ESL Teachers are tasked with fostering positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents while ensuring a safe, educational classroom environment. Responsibilities include lesson planning, teaching the curriculum, writing monthly updates for parents, and addressing academic concerns. They must also comply with school policies, assist with marketing by hosting promotional lessons, and participate in school events and activities.

Location & Openings:

• Nanjing Training Center: 1 Teacher Needed
• Chengdu Training Center: 1 Female Teacher Needed
• Xi’An Training Center: 1 Teacher Needed

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (including a 2-hour lunch break)
• Teaching Hours: 13-14 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 14,500 – 21,000 RMB per month
• Housing Allowance: 3,000 – 5,000 RMB per month (based on experience and qualifications)
• Performance Bonus: 500 – 1,000 RMB per month
• Attendance Bonus: 600 RMB per month
• Management Allowance: Up to 4,000 RMB per month (dependent on management duties)
• Contract Renewal Bonus: 2,000 – 5,000 RMB per year (based on experience and length of renewal)

• Holidays: 11 national holidays plus 5 paid personal holidays

Who We’re Looking For:

• Native English Speakers (American, Canadian, British, Australian, New Zealander, South African, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• TEFL or TESOL certification required (or higher)
• Ideally, 2 years of teaching experience
• Passionate, energetic, and dedicated educators
• Open to training and development

Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Write monthly communication updates to parents.
• Create an engaging classroom environment.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials.
• Attend school-wide events and activities.
• Follow school rules and maintain a safe environment.

Academic Duties:

• Teach using the curriculum provided.
• Follow the teaching schedule.
• Prepare thoroughly before class.
• Discipline constructively.
• Collaborate on student progress and solutions.
• Facilitate social interactions and address parent concerns.

Promotions & Recruitment:

• Accept trial students as needed.
• Assist with marketing and demonstration lessons.
• Participate in school events and activities.

Requirements:
Nationality:
American, Canadian, British, Australian, New Zealander, Irish, South Africa, and other countries
Degree:
Bachelor Degree or higher
TESOL:
Yes
Experience:
Ideally 1 years of teaching experience
or at the very least open-minded about training and development
